Edgar was very responsive and gave me a quote for what I needed, he was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day as well. Can't say enough great about Edgar and his fantastic service! He goes WAY above the rest at making sure it is done right and to original specifications. Had the windshield replaced some time ago by another company, and he showed me where they cut corners and didn't use the proper moulding, cement and mounting screws. A truly professional result at a fraction of the cost of the dealership. He's also a super nice Christian guy who has learned a lot about life and how to live it the right way. Not a lot of adults can say that, that's for sure!! He had been out a few weeks before to fix some chips in the glass before the final shattering event, and he deducted the monies I had already paid for the repair to the replacement cost! Edgar came out on a Saturday morning to replace our Honda Civic windshield. The process was simple and quick, and my car looks great again!

We chatted a bit afterwards and the whole time the one word that kept coming to mind was integrity. Edgar is a man of integrity. That's who he is, and that's how he runs his business. He makes sure he's using the correct glass for your car, yes he will ask for your VIN number - but that's to get you the best match on your glass. He does things right, with you - the customer - in mind.

I did some research and chose Shine City Mobile Auto Glass because they had a good price and offered good service.

I was very impressed the day of the installation. The tech, QS, contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm our appointment. I heard from him later that he was ahead of schedule and update his arrival time, which helped me.

When QS arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and he was done a lot quicker than I anticipated. He have me directions for the care and feeding of my new windshield, which I followed.

My car needed the windshield replaced due to a large crack that had spread about five months ago. Since then, the glue for the molding around the windshield became loose and air could get into my car from around the edges of the windshield.

Today, I text the owner, Edgar, and he is the one who replaced my windshield. I told him that the molding had come loose and sent him pictures of the molding. Right away, he called me, scheduled a time to come out to my apartment the same day, then fixed the issue in about twenty minutes.

Talk about awesome customer service. My car looks perfect again and not only that, but Edgar is so talkative and easy going.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the business, the owner himself, and his work ethic.

I had 2 chips on my windshield for a while, but never found the time to fix them. Saw the van with the large signs - mobile glass repair, as I was returning home. Called the number and asked for price. Now, in the past I already asked some repair shops about the price, so I knew the price quoted was good, and the yelp review were all 5 stars, so I asked Edgar to come.

One of the chips was easy fix, the other was wider and Edgar told me it was in danger to expand - which it did. Edgar then offered to replace the windshield at just the price of the glass, no pay for labor, not even that done this day. Again, I had and idea of windshields prices and his quote was lower than what expected, plus he wasn't charging me for labor. Agreed and had him back in 2 days.



He did a great job, it's clear he has a lot of experience, he could do this with his eyes closed. We talked all the time, told me he has worked with a national chain glass repair company for many years (up to manager level), and some of his relatives are also in this business - I don't think you could find somebody with more expertise than Edgar.
